Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
1) General Provisions and Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using this application, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the entirety of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
2) Data Collected
a) Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The application stores your preferences (language, music setting, progress, level status, etc.) locally on your device to improve your game experience.
b) Account and Cloud Save Data
The application uses a secure cloud infrastructure to synchronize users' game progress (diamonds, coins, completed levels, streak days, found words, etc.) across different devices:
- In Guest Mode, you are only assigned a random anonymous identifier. No personal information is collected.
- If signed in with a Google account, only a unique user identifier and your email address are collected. This data is used to link your progress to the relevant account and to restore your data when you sign in with the same account on different devices. Your passwords are never visible to the application or the developer; all authentication is handled through Google's secure infrastructure.
- Your game progress is stored in the cloud only under your unique identifier. No other user can access this data.
c) Third-Party Services
The following Google services are used to ensure the stable operation of the application, troubleshoot errors, and serve advertisements. These services may automatically collect certain technical data (such as device type, operating system, app version, language, and approximate location) under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase Analytics: For understanding usage statistics and improving features.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: For detecting and resolving application crashes.
- Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements. AdMob may access your device's advertising ID (Advertising ID) and general device information for ad personalization and fraud prevention purposes. Users who purchase a premium subscription are not shown ads.
Various digital advertising and campaign platforms may be used to promote the application and reach new users; these platforms may process technical data under their own policies for measuring campaign performance (app installations, campaign conversions, etc.).
3) Use of Data
Collected data is used solely to save your game progress, synchronize it across devices, ensure the proper functioning of the application, and provide advertising/subscription services. Your data is never sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes.
4) In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
In-app purchases (including one-time items and subscriptions) are processed securely through the Google Play Store infrastructure. Your payment information is processed by Google; we cannot access, view, or store it.
All digital content, designs, texts, data sets, and related intellectual property rights in the application, including premium content and features unlocked through purchases, belong to the application owner. The user is granted a non-transferable and non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Purchased one-time items (gems, coins, power-ups, etc.) are linked to your current user session (guest or Google sign-in) and remain available as long as your account is not deleted. Subscription products renew automatically according to their respective periods. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play Store account settings.
5) Guest Mode and Google Sign-In
The application offers two different sign-in options:
- Guest Mode: No email or personal information is required. Your data is stored under an anonymous identifier. This data may be lost if you uninstall the application or change devices.
- Google Sign-In: Ensures that your progress stays safe and is synchronized across devices. In this mode, only the unique identifier and email address from your Google account are collected.
Users can switch from guest mode to a Google account at any time. In this case, progress in guest mode is transferred to the Google account.
6) Account Deletion and Data Removal
Users can permanently delete their account and all cloud data at any time from the Settings → Account section within the application. This action cannot be undone.
7) Content and Service Continuity
Some content and features in the application may be provided through server/infrastructure services from time to time. Due to technical maintenance, updates, infrastructure provider outages, network issues, or force majeure, the application may temporarily slow down, experience interruptions, or have reduced access to content.
Access to the application and/or premium features is limited to the period the application remains available in the relevant store and/or service infrastructure. The application owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove the application, its content, or features in whole or in part for technical, commercial, or legal reasons.
8) Changes
The application, content, and features may be updated, modified, or removed over time. The Privacy Policy may also be updated when necessary; the current text is published within the application.

Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları
1) Genel Hükümler ve Kabul
Bu uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak; aşağıdaki Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları'nın tamamını okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2) Toplanan Veriler
a) Cihazınızda Yerel Olarak Saklanan Veriler
Uygulama, oyun deneyimini iyileştirmek için tercihlerinizi (dil, müzik ayarı, ilerleme, seviye durumu vb.) cihazınızda yerel olarak saklar.
b) Hesap ve Bulut Kayıt Verileri
Uygulama, kullanıcıların oyun ilerlemelerini (elmas, altın, tamamlanan seviyeler, seri gün sayısı, bulunan kelimeler vb.) farklı cihazlar arasında senkronize edebilmesi için güvenli bir bulut altyapısı kullanır:
- Misafir modunda, size yalnızca rastgele bir anonim kimlik atanır. Hiçbir kişisel bilginiz alınmaz.
- Google hesabıyla giriş yapılırsa, yalnızca benzersiz bir kullanıcı kimliği ve e-posta adresiniz alınır. Bu veriler, ilerlemenizin ilgili hesaba bağlanması ve farklı cihazlarda aynı hesapla giriş yaptığınızda verilerinizin geri yüklenmesi için kullanılır. Şifreleriniz hiçbir şekilde uygulama veya geliştirici tarafından görüntülenemez; tüm kimlik doğrulama işlemi Google'ın güvenli altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleşir.
- Oyun ilerlemeniz bulut üzerinde yalnızca kendi benzersiz kimliğinize bağlı olarak saklanır. Başka hiçbir kullanıcı bu verilere erişemez.
c) Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulamanın istikrarlı çalışması, hataların giderilmesi ve reklam gösterimi için aşağıdaki Google hizmetleri kullanılmaktadır. Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında belirli teknik verileri (cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, dil ve genel konum gibi) otomatik olarak toplayabilir:
- Google Firebase Analytics: Kullanım istatistiklerinin anlaşılması ve özelliklerin iyileştirilmesi amacıyla.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: Uygulama çökmelerinin tespit edilip giderilmesi amacıyla.
- Google AdMob: Reklam gösterimi amacıyla. AdMob, reklam kişiselleştirme ve dolandırıcılık önleme amacıyla cihazınızın reklam kimliğine (Advertising ID) ve genel cihaz bilgilerine erişebilir. Premium abonelik satın alan kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmez.
Uygulamanın tanıtımı ve yeni kullanıcılara ulaştırılması amacıyla çeşitli dijital reklam ve kampanya platformları kullanılabilir; bu platformlar, kampanya performansının ölçülmesi (uygulama yüklemeleri, kampanya dönüşümleri vb.) amacıyla teknik verileri kendi politikaları kapsamında işleyebilir.
3) Verilerin Kullanımı
Toplanan veriler yalnızca oyun ilerlemenizi kaydetmek, cihazlar arasında senkronize etmek, uygulamanın düzgün çalışmasını sağlamak ve reklam/abonelik hizmetlerini sunmak için kullanılır. Verileriniz hiçbir şekilde üçüncü taraflara satılmaz, pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz.
4) Uygulama İçi Satın Alımlar ve Abonelikler
Uygulama içi satın alımlar (tek seferlik öğeler ve abonelikler dahil), Google Play Store altyapısı üzerinden güvenli şekilde gerçekleştirilir. Ödeme bilgileriniz Google tarafından işlenir; tarafımızca erişilemez, görüntülenemez veya saklanamaz.
Satın alma işlemiyle açılan premium içerik ve özellikler dahil olmak üzere uygulamadaki tüm dijital içerik, tasarım, metinler, veri setleri ve bunlara ilişkin fikri mülkiyet hakları uygulama sahibine aittir. Kullanıcıya, yalnızca kişisel kullanım amacıyla devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansı tanınır.
Satın alınan tek seferlik öğeler (elmas, altın, güçlendiriciler vb.) mevcut kullanıcı oturumunuza (misafir veya Google ile giriş) tanımlanır ve hesabınız silinmediği sürece kullanılabilir. Abonelik ürünleri ilgili süreye göre otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Google Play Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
5) Misafir Modu ve Google ile Giriş
Uygulama iki farklı giriş seçeneği sunar:
- Misafir Modu: E-posta veya kişisel bilgi gerekmez. Verileriniz anonim bir kimlik altında saklanır. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda veya cihaz değiştirdiğinizde bu veriler kaybolabilir.
- Google ile Giriş: İlerlemenizin güvende kalmasını ve cihazlar arasında senkronize olmasını sağlar. Bu modda yalnızca Google hesabınızdaki benzersiz kimlik ve e-posta adresi alınır.
Kullanıcı istediği zaman misafir modundan Google hesabına geçebilir. Bu durumda misafir modundaki ilerleme Google hesabına aktarılır.
6) Hesap Silme ve Veri Kaldırma
Kullanıcılar uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Hesap bölümünden hesaplarını ve tüm bulut verilerini istediği zaman kalıcı olarak silebilir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
7) İçerik ve Hizmet Sürekliliği
Uygulamada yer alan bazı içerikler ve özellikler, zaman zaman sunucu/altyapı hizmetleri üzerinden sağlanabilir. Teknik bakım, güncelleme, altyapı sağlayıcı kaynaklı kesinti, ağ sorunları veya mücbir sebepler nedeniyle uygulamanın tamamı ya da bir kısmı geçici olarak yavaşlayabilir, kesintiye uğrayabilir ya da içeriklere erişimde aksaklık/eksilme yaşanabilir.
Uygulamaya ve/veya premium özelliklere erişim, uygulamanın ilgili mağazada ve/veya hizmet altyapısında yayında kaldığı süreyle sınırlıdır. Uygulama sahibi, teknik, ticari veya yasal gerekçelerle uygulamayı, içerikleri veya özellikleri tamamen ya da kısmen değiştirme, durdurma veya yayından kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar.
8) Değişiklikler
Uygulama, içerik ve özellikler zaman içinde güncellenebilir, değiştirilebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Gizlilik Politikası da gerektiğinde güncellenebilir; güncel metin uygulama içinde yayınlanır.
